Projet d'étude de la Chaîne du Logement

Chère visiteuse, cher visiteur,

Afin d'accompagner le projet d' Ivry sur Seine, nous vous proposons de commencer à réfléchir sur l'ensemble de la chaîne du logement. Vous serez d'accord avec nous pour constater qu'il y a en ce domaine, quelques blocages dans notre société.

Nous allons étudier les points suivants :

• Le non-Logement (SDF ou très mal logés )
• L' hébergement d'urgence (en CHU)
• Le logement relais (intermédiaire nécessaire vers le logement social)
• L' hébergement de réinsertion sociale  (en  CHRS)
• Le logement social
• Le logement commun ou privé

Notre but est d'obtenir un haut niveau d'expertise sur le logement. Nous commencerons par recencer tous les points qui concernent ce domaine complexe.

Nous avons donc besoin de votre propre connaissance de ce sujet (expertise professionnelle dans le BTP, en agence immobilière, en cabinet d'architecte, en mairie ,  travail social. Expérience personnelle , en tant que locataire, SDF, propriétaire, ...)

Bonjour,
Un cri un SOS, je sais elle n'est pas toute seule malheureusement, mais le hasard, le destin à fait que je m'arrête sur elle, pourquoi ?? C'est comme ca !!! J'ai fait la connaissance de Lucia à la correspondance métro République avec pour seul ami son 4 pattes, peut-être moi aujourd'hui, peut-être vous demain... Démunie de tout, sans rien, à la rue, elle se bat pour survivre, quand la chance veut que la journée soit fructueuse. Je la vois régulièrement, lui fait des p'tites courses, hygiène, à manger, boites et nonosses pour son 4 pattes. Elle voudrait du travail, faire des ménages cela l'aiderait à remonter à la surface, avoir une vie normale. Prendre peut-être une chambre. Pour l'adresse, je donnerai la mienne. Pour info elle a mes coordonnées tel sur elle. Donc si vous entendez parler que l'on cherche quelqu'un pour du travail n'hésitez pas à aller la voir, sinon appelez moi pour l'accompagner, je vous rembourserait votre communication. j'ai envoyé des émails à des associations connues et autres aucune réponse, rien, niet, le néant, le vide. Et quand au téléphone on me répond oui on s'occupe que des francais, l'association : ''the little brothers des riches''traduisez... Vous hallucinez. Tout ce que je veux c'est qu'on m'aide à sortir Lucia de la rue, elle souhaite bosser, avoir un toit... Aidez la. En attendant qu'1 miracle se réalise vous pouvez faire un p'tit geste, un tout petit, pour elle et son 4 pattes, vous pouvez la rencontrer à la correspondance métro République direction Balard, Créteil, en venant des Lilas (11) sur les marches, voir à la croissanterie. Ca nous arrive d'y prendre un café ensemble. La rue peut devenir notre meilleure amie, voir notre ennemie, sûr notre résidence principale du jour au lendemain...
